Permission to trash
I've been working on throwing away food. I know I don't have to clean my plate, but I tend to, and that means I've been eating well past full in to stuffed territory. Not healthy. Yesterday, I left 8 or 9 homefries on my plate. They were good, but I didn't NEED them. Last week, I ate 3/4 of my entree and was plenty full - I really should have stopped earlier, but I wanted to "get my money's worth."
Baby steps. At least I'm not licking the plate.
