Still at goal weight

Kinda sick of logging food at Fitday, but I'm so addicted to the graphs! Sometimes they are all that keeps me coming back.

I've ramped up my yoga routine, and I'm going to emphasize stretching my calves and hamstrings so I can start lifting again, but with the master of lifting moves: the squat. I worked out to the Weight Watchers "Get Moving" video last week, for the first time, and the dumbell squats had my hiney crying like a little baby. I need pain like that more often.
