Hanging in there

I've been counting points on and off over the last 2 years. This week I'm more on than off - the number on the scale Monday (after a weekend of salty foods) had me scared straight. It's Wednesday, and this morning the scale said I was down 3 pounds. Ha!

I'm planning to stick with my weight loss points (20/day, plus the pool of 35 flex for the week) over the next 2 months. I need to make sure I can fit into my pants, come Fall. I've had to buy pants and shorts this summer, as last year's were too tight. I'm still hanging on to the edge of healthy BMI, and would like to step back from the edge to the middle of the healthy range.
